Buccawidden Tales from Clay Country Workshop

Buccawidden: Tales from Clay Country, is a project organised by Cornish artist Zenna Tagney, aiming to gather stories and folklore from Clay Country in order to gain insight into the culture and history of this fascinating area. Zenna has teamed up with the Whitegold Festival and illustrator Merran Coleman to put on a series of workshops. People were invited to come along and help investigate the myths and history lying beneath the clay by sharing their stories and memories of the area.

The workshops were free to attend, open to all ages and included storytelling, illustrating, and sculpting characters using local clay.
